The Process

  • 01 Book Your Spot

    Every project begins with a conversation.

    We'll make sure we're the right fit, confirm your project dates, and get everything in place before we begin. You'll complete your questionnaire and Pinterest board and upload any assets you may have into your client portal.

  • 02 Strategy & Direction

    Strong design begins with clarity.

    During our strategy call, we'll explore your business, your audience and your goals. Together we'll refine the direction for your brand and website, so every decision that follows has purpose.

    You'll also receive copy templates and keyword guidance to help you write your website with confidence. If you'd rather not do it alone, copy support is available as an optional add-on.

  • 03 Design & Build

    This is where everything starts to come together.

    I'll create a homepage concept that sets the creative direction for your brand and website. Once you're happy with the look and feel, I'll build the remaining pages, bringing everything together into a cohesive online experience.

  • 04 Launch & Support

    The exciting part.

    I'll take care of the technical details, from SEO foundations to the finishing touches, before handing everything over with a personalised training session, so you feel confident managing your website. You'll also receive a complimentary launch checklist to help you make the most of sharing your new site with the world.

    You'll then have two weeks of post-launch support for questions, small refinements and anything else you need as you settle into your new online home.

  • Copy templates and keyword guidance are included to help you structure and write your content.

    If you'd like more support, Copy Optimisation is available as an add-on, or I can recommend a professional copywriter for full copywriting.

  • You'll complete a brand questionnaire and Pinterest board, as well as any existing brand assets and website content.

    I'll guide you through what I need and when, so you always know what's next.

  • Express Atelier projects take 3–4 weeks from start to launch.

    I book projects in advance, so I'll let you know my current availability when you enquire.

  • Yes. Payment is split into three instalments: 30% to reserve your project dates, 35% before our strategy session and 35% before handover and launch.

  • You'll receive personalised website training, a complimentary launch checklist and two weeks of post-launch email support for questions and small refinements.

    Ongoing support is available after this if you need it.

  • Yes. Additional pages, advanced Acuity setup and other services are available through the Atelier Collection.

    If your project needs more than Express Atelier includes, we'll talk through the best approach before we begin.
